Shu-Huan Chang, born in Taiwan, began her circus training at age 10 at the National Taiwan College of Performing Arts.
She has over twelve years of touring experience, performing domestically and internationally with a focus on physical storytelling and humor.
In 2025, she graduated from École supérieure des arts du cirque (ESAC) in Europe, continuing to develop her contemporary circus practice.
Her specialties include handstands, acrobatic dance, plate spinning, and carpet spinning, often performed through her clown character, “Madam Chang.”
Her work blends Eastern and Western elements with clowning, aiming to captivate audiences through humor and poetic expression, while sharing the art of circus.
